Inquiry data: 24 months from your last interaction. Client account and order records: 7 years after engagement ends, to satisfy US tax and accounting rules. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Web analytics: aggregated and retained up to 26 months. We delete or anonymize earlier on a verified request.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Residents of California and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have substantially the same rights, plus the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (which we do not engage in). We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive stores, scoped access controls, audited admin actions, and regular vulnerability review. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you in line with applicable law.
Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe we have, please write to us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date and, where the change affects you directly, sent by email.
